How to apply for the SABER Saudi Arabia? SABER including PC and SC.

Step 1: Importer Account Registration

The importer logs in to the SABER official website for information registration (https://saber.sa/), and needs to provide an email address, importer’s business license number, Arabic mobile phone number, identity information, etc., and obtain an account number and password after registration. Keep it, this account will be used frequently.

Step 2: Apply for PC certification

Need to provide HS code, product photos. Trademark (English, Arabic), product name, model, manufacturer country information, fill in the PC application form, the agent issue a product test report to apply for a PC with the SABER agency. One PC corresponds to an importer, the PC have to be changed if the importer changes, each PC is valid for one year. Just apply for renewal when it expires. PC charges are charged according to the product name, and one product name corresponds to multiple models (currently the system can register up to 500 models)

Step 3: Apply for SC certification

Add the successfully registered and valid PC certification to the existing account, and provide the actual and accurate packing list and invoice. The agent will generate the order in the system, and the system will generate the SC certification after payment.
